Here are a few words Harper has uttered (occasionally in context):

water (this was a big one, said unsolicited when I picked up a glass of water to drink while holding her!)

dog (the g is silent and refers to Cadiz our cat as well)

shoe (pronounced “sue”)

uh-oh

da da (sometimes associated with the art movement, sometimes associated with Papa Hog)

mama (…ma ma ma ma, hey I’ll take what i can get)

hi (often repeated in a protracted call and response routine with Mama and Papa)

bye bye (pronounced “ba ba”)

all done (pronounced “ah duh” and used intermittently with simultaneous yelling and hand waving, presumably an approximation of sign language)
